Access Manager lets you create, update, and remove users directly from Midaz Console. User creation includes assigning one or more roles via predefined groups, which determine their access level.

This page explains how to manage user records, including how to reset passwords and update your own profile.

Accessing the Applications page

To access the Applications section:

1. Click the gear icon ( ) in the top-right corner, then select Applications (Figure 1).

2. The Applications page will open, showing the list of applications available.

Attention

The default admin user will already be listed. You cannot delete this user, but you can edit the details such as personal information and password.

Creating an application

To create an application, follow these steps:

1. From the Applications page, click the New Application button (Figure 2).

2. The New Application form will open on the right side of the screen.
3. Specify the following fields:
   1. Name: Select the application (e.g., midaz, plugin-fees, plugin-crm, plugin-smart-templates)
   2. Description: Add a short description of what the application does.
4. Click Save.
5. The new application will appear in the list of available applications.

View application details

To edit an application, follow these steps:

1. From the Applications page, find the application that you want to edit, click the three dots ( ) from the Actions column, and select Details (Figure 3).

2. The Application Details form will open on the right side of the screen.

Deleting an application

To delete an application, follow these steps:

1. From the Applications page, find the application that you want to delete, click the three dots ( ) from the Actions column, and select Delete (Figure 4).

2. A confirmation dialog will appear.
3. Click Confirm to finalize the deletion.
4. Once confirmed, the application will be permanently removed from the platform. Proceed with caution.
