# Partner interface journeys

> Payment journeys that run through a partner that connects your institution to the payment networks.

These journeys run through a partner interface, such as JD or BTG, instead of Lerian's native messaging. Each page covers one type of payment and has one section per partner, because the journey is the same and the partner changes some of the steps.

## The partner's documentation prevails

The partner's documentation and the BACEN manuals define the messages and the rules. If this site and those documents disagree, they prevail. Lerian supports its interface to each partner. Advice on applying the partner's rules to your operation is offered by proposal.
