# Pix Refund Requests in Lerian Console

> List MED refund requests for Pix transactions, answer a request with your analysis, and cancel a request, through the Pix Indirect (BTG) plugin in Lerian Console.

The **Refund Requests** page of the **Pix** section lists MED refund requests for Pix transactions. Use it to answer a refund request with your analysis, or to cancel a request.

The **Pix** section appears in the Midaz Module when the **Pix Indirect (BTG)** plugin is on. See [Plugin settings](/en/platform/console/plugin-settings).

To see refund requests, a user needs the `refund-requests:get` permission. To respond to a request or to cancel it, the user also needs `refund-requests:post`.

| Outcome | The analysis, the refund destination, and the references, with the BACEN IDs and the contested participant. |
