# Pix Transfers in Lerian Console

> List the Pix transfers of an account, find the ones that need attention, and release a stuck payment, through the Pix Indirect (BTG) plugin in Lerian Console.

The **Transfers** page of the **Pix** section lists the Pix cash-in and cash-out transfers of an account. Use it to find a transfer, read its details, and release a payment that waits for BTG.

The **Pix** section appears in the Midaz Module when the **Pix Indirect (BTG)** plugin is on. See [Plugin settings](/en/platform/console/plugin-settings).

To see transfers, a user needs the `transfers:get` permission. To release a stuck payment, the user also needs `transfers:post`.

## Accessing the Transfers page

    Search for the account by its alias in the account filter. The page shows the transfers of that account.

## Transfers list

| Date | When the transfer was created. |
| End-to-End ID | The end-to-end ID of the Pix. |
| Amount | Amount of the transfer. |
| Type | **Cash In** or **Cash Out**. |
| Status | Status of the transfer. |
| Debit Party | Name of the payer. |
| Credit Party | Name of the payee. |
| Actions | **Details**, and **Release stuck payment** for a transfer that you can release. |

Search for a transfer by its end-to-end ID in the filter bar. The expanded filters add the type, a start date, and an end date. Use the status chips above the list to filter by status.

### Transfers that need attention

**Needs attention** lists the transfers in **Pending** or **Processing** that did not change for longer than the minutes in **Untouched for**. The default is 15 minutes, and you can enter from 1 to 1440 minutes. The button needs a selected account.

### Transfer details

**Details** opens the transfer in five tabs:

| Tab | Content |

| Transaction | The transfer, end-to-end, and account IDs, the amount, the status, the type, the purpose, the urgency, the payment type, the initiation type, and the dates. |
| Money | The fees of the transfer, the Pix Saque or Pix Troco values when the transfer has them, and the metadata. |
| Ledger | The IDs of the ledger posting, and of the reversal posting when there is one. |
| Payer | The name, tax ID, person type, and account of the payer. |
| Payee | The name, tax ID, person type, and account of the payee. |

## Release a stuck payment

**Release stuck payment** asks BTG what became of a payment and settles the transfer on that answer. The action appears for a **Cash Out** in **Pending** or **Processing**, and for a **Cash In** in **Created** or **Processing**.

    In the row menu of the transfer, select **Release stuck payment**. The same action is in the **Details** panel.

    The dialog shows the transfer ID and the amount.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ask BTG">
    Click **Ask BTG and settle**. The dialog then shows what the Pix service reported, the status at BTG, and the transfer status now.

### Return the money without an answer from BTG

This option applies only to a **Cash Out**. The dialog offers it when BTG gives no answer about the payment.

<Warning>
  Returning the money marks the transfer as failed and releases the hold on the balance, with no answer from BTG. If BTG did send the payment, the account holder keeps money that already left the institution.

    The dialog **Return the money without a provider answer** shows the transfer ID, the amount to return, and the counterparty.

  <Step title="Confirm the transfer ID">
    Type the last four characters of the transfer ID.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Return the money">
    Click **Return the money**.
  </Step>
