## Affects

***

Teams that administer users or applications in **Lerian Console**.

## What changed

***

The documentation now correctly states that deleting a user or application permanently removes it and cannot be undone. Deleting an application also revokes access to connected services that use its credentials.

Application details are read-only and show the name, description, ClientId, and ClientSecret. They do not show scopes or redirect URIs.

This is a documentation correction; no product behavior change is announced.

## Impact

***

**Classification: Review recommended.** Review your access-management runbooks before deleting users or applications. No migration is required.

## What you need to do

***

<Steps>
  <Step>Confirm that a user or application is no longer needed before deleting it.</Step>
  <Step>Record any information your team needs before deletion; the action cannot be reversed in Lerian Console.</Step>
  <Step>Do not use application details as a source of scope or redirect URI data.</Step>
</Steps>

### Deadline

No product-imposed deadline. Review this guidance before your next access-management change.
