## Affects

Teams that operate Matcher exception queues or send inbound callbacks.

## What changed

Matcher stores an SLA due date only when an inbound callback supplies `dueAt`. Severity thresholds reprioritize exceptions but do not create a deadline. Dashboard aggregates report compliance for externally supplied dates. This is a documentation correction of the current contract; it does not announce a runtime release.

## Impact

**Classification: Review recommended.**

## What you need to do

Review callback payloads and SLA runbooks. Define response-time policy in the external system that sends the callback.

### Deadline

Review before the next reconciliation run.
