The environment reference removes retired secret-store and connector-credential selectors. It now documents the single supported KMS selection path and the sealed per-institution credential model, including the Vault and AWS configuration requirements.

This corrects the documented configuration contract for current runtime behavior; it does not announce a runtime release.
