# Environments

> See the environments where you have an account in Lerian Console, and choose your default environment.

The **Environments** page lists the environments where you have an account. Use it to choose your default environment. When you have an account in more than one environment, you sign in to your default environment.

The page needs Access Manager 3.11.0 or later. With an earlier version, a version notice replaces the list. See [Product versions](/en/platform/console/about-lerian-console#product-versions).

## Accessing the Environments page

***

In the top navigation bar, click the name of your current environment. On a narrow screen, open your profile menu and select the environment name.

If the Console cannot read your environments, the navigation bar shows no environment name.

## Your environments

***

The **Your environments** table has one row for each environment:

* **Environment name**: the name of the environment.
* **Environment status**: the **Default** badge marks your default environment. The **Current** badge marks the environment that you use now. An **SSO** badge marks an environment that has single sign-on turned on.

## Changing your default environment

***

<Steps>
  <Step title="Click Make default">
    On the row of the environment that you want, click **Make default**. Your default environment has no **Make default** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the change">
    In the dialog, click **Make default and sign out**. Make default signs you out.
  </Step>
</Steps>

If the change fails, the Console shows an error message and keeps the dialog open, so you can try again.
