# Operations

> Work the divergence queue, assemble and follow assignment bundles, register funds, and read the reassessment worklist in the Lender module.

The **Operations** section of the [Lender module](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/products/lender/console/lender-module.md) holds the worklists of your operations team.

## Divergences

***

**Divergences** lists the operational exceptions where you, Dataprev, the gateway, or Lender disagree. Filter by category (margin, rate, registration, technical, or terms), by booking effect, by status, by assignee, or for items whose SLA is breached.

Open a divergence to compare the fact you declared with Lender's own fact. Then act on it:

| Action | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Assign** | Names the operator responsible for the item, by exact login. |
| **Dispose** | Records the outcome and closes the item for good. On a payroll month's item, Lender also books what of that month the item never held. |
| **Requeue** | Runs the item again. A re-run that posts closes the item. A re-run that Lender still refuses writes nothing. |
| **Compensating adjustment** | Books the compensating entry for money that already moved outside Lender. **Preview posting** shows what Lender would post. The divergence stays open until you dispose of it. |

If the item changed since you opened it, the Console shows its latest state and asks you to check it and try again.

## Assignments

***

**Assignments** assembles bundles of receivables for a fund and follows them to acceptance. See [Assignment of receivables](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/products/lender/assignment-of-receivables.md).

**New bundle** picks the fund, then receivables from its pool. It creates a draft. Open a bundle to move it through its steps:

1. **Eligibility**: run the engine and read the cut motive of each line. Approval needs the dossier of each receivable.
2. **Concentration**: read each debtor's share of the fund's accepted stock plus the bundle.
3. **Approval**: approve the bundle. Lender reads the trail again at approval. A receivable it no longer finds assignable leaves the bundle.
4. **Offer**: download the offer file and record that it went out to the administrator.
5. **Remessa**: record the return. The fund lists only the receivables it refuses.
6. **Settlement**: record the facts, with their provenance, up to acceptance, which is the flip to ceded.

The fund's configuration decides the term step. The **Exception queue** lists the cases detected across your bundles. A case closes with the disposition an operator records.

## Funds

***

**Funds** lists the assignee funds. **New fund** registers one. Its configuration decides the journey of its bundles: who produces the term, the role of the eligibility engine, the assignment discount rate, the limits, and the repeated-cut brake. Saving a new rate prices only the bundles assembled from then on.

## Reassessments

***

**Reassessments** lists the contracts whose standing problem-asset characterisation is past the review horizon of its product version. Nothing on the list has been released. The contract keeps its raised provision and its suspended income recognition. A contract leaves the list when someone declares again on it.

The list is for a sweep business date. When no completed nightly sweep covers a date, the Console cannot show the worklist and asks you to pick another day.
