# SISBAJUD in Cabine

> The Lerian SISBAJUD workspace in Lerian Cabine.

Lerian Cabine has a workspace for Lerian SISBAJUD.

The Lerian SISBAJUD workspace in Lerian Cabine is where operators follow judicial orders against their deadlines, check the files, answer BACEN, and keep the institution configuration. Cabine calls the Mensageria.

## Deadlines

**Prazos** lists the active orders that are at risk of missing their deadline, soonest first. An order with the band **Em dia** is not listed.

* The columns are **Prazo**, **Chave de registro**, **Tipo**, **Faixa**, **Situação** and **Protocolo**.
* **Faixa** is **Vencendo**, **Apertado** or **Atenção**.
* The headline line gives the number of orders at risk and the nearest deadline.

Cabine calls [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/sla-status`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/get-sla-status-admin) for the deadlines. It calls [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/orders`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/list-orders-admin) to show the registration key and type of the orders that it loaded. Both need `admin:read`.

## Orders

**Ordens** lists the judicial orders of the institution, a page at a time. The columns include **Chave de registro**, **Tipo**, **Situação**, **Recebida** and **Prazo**. Filter by **Situação**, **Tipo** and **Recebida entre**.

A row opens the order. The detail shows **CPF/CNPJ do titular**, **Número do processo**, **Juízo solicitante**, the requested, blocked, unblocked, transferred and remaining amounts, and **Código de resposta**. The order detail masks sensitive fields unless the caller holds `admin:read_pii`.

Cabine calls [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/orders`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/list-orders-admin) and [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/orders/{id}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/get-order-detail-admin). Both need `admin:read`.

## Files

**Arquivos** lists the files that the institution exchanges with BACEN. **Remessas** shows the remittance files. **Retornos** shows the return files. Filter by **Situação**.

The file name opens **Arquivo de remessa** or **Arquivo de retorno**. The screen shows the metadata: **Nome do arquivo**, **Ambiente**, **Código da instituição** and **Hash do conteúdo**. It does not show the content of the file. A return file in a state that has a remedy offers **Destravar** or **Soltar as ordens**. See [Response to BACEN](#response-to-bacen).

Cabine calls [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/files`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/list-files-admin) and [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/files/{id}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/get-file-detail-admin). Both need `admin:read`.

## Response to BACEN

**Resposta ao BACEN** generates the return file and frees the return files that are stuck.

**Gerar resposta** asks for a confirmation, then forces one return-file generation. It calls [`POST /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/return-file/generate`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/force-a-return-file-generation) and needs `return_file:generate`.

The section **Travadas** lists the return files that have a remedy among the most recent return files. To find an older one, open **Arquivos** > **Retornos**.

* **Destravar** opens **Destravar a transmissão?**. Pick one action and enter the **Motivo**. **Sondar a transferência**, **Anexar transferência** (with **Identificador da transferência**) and **Desistir do envio** apply to a file that is **Em transmissão**. **Cancelar a transferência** applies to a file that is **Falhou**. A cancellation cannot be undone. It calls [`POST /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/return-file/{id}/resolve-transmission`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/resolve-a-stuck-return-file-transmission) and needs `return_file:resolve_transmission`.
* **Soltar as ordens** opens **Soltar as ordens deste arquivo?** for a file that is **Falhou**. It releases the orders that the file holds, so a later generation can answer them. The file stays failed. Lerian SISBAJUD refuses the release while the Lerian STA transfer of the file can still reach BACEN. Cancel that transfer first with **Cancelar a transferência**. It calls [`POST /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/return-file/{id}/reconsolidate`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/release-a-failed-return-file-s-judicial-orders) and needs `return_file:reconsolidate`.

**Travadas** reads the return files with [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/files`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/list-files-admin).

## Daily operations

**Operações do dia** lists the failed orders and the orders with an open non-compliance log of an executor give-up, a page at a time, and offers two records.

* **Justificar não-conformidade** opens a dialog. Enter the **Registro de não-conformidade** and the **Justificativa**. A record takes one justification. It calls [`POST /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/non-compliance-logs/{id}/justification`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/register-a-justification-on-a-non-compliance-log) and needs `non_compliance:justify`.
* **Reconhecer evento parado** opens a dialog. Enter the **Identificador do evento**, **Instituição**, **Direção da fila** (**Entrada** or **Saída**), **Motivo**, **Ação tomada** and, if you want, a **Nota (opcional)**. The record does not remove the parked event. It calls [`POST /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/sta-dlq/{eventId}/acknowledge`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/record-the-human-treatment-of-a-parked-sta-event) and needs `sta_dlq:acknowledge`.

The list calls [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}/failed-orders`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/list-failed-orders-admin) and needs `admin:read`.

## Institution

**Instituição** shows the institution configuration of the installation. **Código da instituição** is the field that you can change. **Salvar** asks for a confirmation. The fold **Configuração vigente** shows the configuration in force.

When the configuration does not exist, **Criar configuração** creates it from **Identificador da instituição** and **Código da instituição**.

Cabine reads with [`GET /v1/institutions/{institutionId}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/get-institution-config-by-id), which needs `admin:read`. It saves with [`PATCH /v1/institutions/{institutionId}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/update-institution-config-by-id) and creates with [`POST /v1/institutions`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/sisbajud/mensageria/create-institution-config-and-provision-keys). Both writes need `institution_config:write`.
