# SRC in Cabine

> The Lerian SRC workspace in Lerian Cabine.

Lerian Cabine has a workspace for Lerian SRC.

The Lerian SRC workspace in Lerian Cabine is where operators consult BACEN before a contract, follow each consultation, read its evidence trail, and work the operator cases that Lerian SRC opens.

## Overview

***

**Visão geral** shows how the consultations of a period went.

* **Consultas no período** gives the total. The menu entries **Período: Hoje**, **Período: 7 dias** and **Período: 30 dias** change the period. The default is 7 days.
* The headline line counts the open cases and shows the state of the credential. When cases are open, **Abrir casos** goes to them.
* **Credencial regulatória** shows **Estado** (for example **Ativa** or **Expirada**) and **Válida até**. It is read only.
* The sections **Situação**, **Tipo de documento**, **Papel**, **Registros**, **Restrições por proteção**, **Recusas por código** and **Empresas e vinculadas** break the period down.
* **Nova consulta** opens the form that creates a consultation.

Cabine calls [`GET /v1/src/dashboard/consultations`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/retrieve-the-consultation-dashboard), which needs `src:dashboard:read`. It also calls [`GET /v1/src/credentials`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/retrieve-the-credential-status), which needs `src:credential:read`.

## Consultations

**Consultas** lists the consultations, newest first, with the columns **Documento**, **Tipo**, **Papel**, **Situação**, **Restrição** and **Aceita em**.

* Filter by period, **Situação** (**Pendente**, **Concluída** or **Falhou**), **Tipo de documento**, **Papel** and **Restrição** (**Com restrição ativa** or **Sem restrição (concluídas)**).
* **Buscar consultas** narrows the rows that are already loaded, by identifier or document.
* **Carregar mais** reads the next page.

Cabine calls [`GET /v1/src/consultations`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/list-consultations), which needs `src:consultation:read`.

A row opens the consultation. [`GET /v1/src/consultations/{id}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/retrieve-a-consultation) needs the same permission. The screen reads again while the consultation is **Pendente**.

* **Documento**, **Vereditos** (one per protection type, **Sem restrição** or **Restrição ativa**), **Motivação** and **Concluída em** describe the consultation.
* The tab **Registro** shows the record of the institution. The tab **Envio** shows the attempts, the rejection, the **Código de controle BACEN** and the **NUOp**.
* The tab **Vinculadas** lists the holder and representative consultations of a company consultation.
* **Trilha de evidência** opens the evidence trail of the consultation.

## New consultation

**Nova consulta** opens a form. Fill in **Tipo de documento** (CPF or CNPJ), **Documento**, **Tipos de proteção** and **Referência da motivação**. **Nota (opcional)** is optional.

**Papel do consultado** starts as **Inferir pelo tipo de documento**. **Consultar** opens the review **Revisar nova consulta**. After you confirm, Cabine opens the consultation.

On a company consultation, **Nova vinculada** opens the same form. **Consulta da empresa** is filled in, and the role is **Titular** or **Representante**.

Cabine calls [`POST /v1/src/consultations`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/create-a-consultation), which needs `src:consultation:write`.

## Institution records

On a **Concluída** consultation that has a **Restrição ativa** verdict and no record, two actions appear.

* **Registrar exceção** records that the institution proceeds despite the restriction. Fill in **Circunstância** and **Justificativa**.
* **Registrar explicação** records the explanation that the institution gave when it refused. Fill in **Explicação**.

A consultation holds one record, of either kind. Cabine cannot change it afterwards.

Cabine calls [`POST /v1/src/consultations/{id}/institution-record`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/register-an-institution-record), which needs `src:decision:write`.

## Evidence

**Evidência** searches the evidence. It has two views.

* **Por consulta** filters by **Início do período**, **Fim do período**, **Consulta** and **Código de controle BACEN**. **Buscar consultas** runs [`POST /v1/src/evidence`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/search-the-evidence-trail).
* **Por registros** filters by **Documento consultado**, **Tipo de documento** and **Classe do registro**. **Buscar registros** runs [`POST /v1/src/evidence/records`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/search-evidence-records). The result also lists the requests that Lerian SRC refused before it accepted them. These requests belong to no consultation.

A result row that belongs to a consultation opens **Trilha de evidência**. It lists the records of one consultation in order. **Registro selecionado** shows the content of one record. Cabine calls [`GET /v1/src/evidence/consultations/{id}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/retrieve-a-consultations-evidence-trail).

All three read operations need `src:evidence:read`.

## Operator cases

**Casos de operador** is the queue of cases that need an operator. **Abertos** and **Fechados** switch between open and closed cases. The columns are **Tipo de caso**, **Caso**, **Aberto em**, **Resumo** and **Situação**.

There are four types of case: **Orçamento esgotado**, **Resposta órfã**, **Envio recusado** and **Rito de credencial falho**. A case of the type **Orçamento esgotado** shows **Aguardando BACEN**. No operation closes it.

For each other open case, **Fechar caso** opens a sheet. Enter the **Motivo**, then confirm the review.

* **Resposta órfã**: closing records the closure on the case and in the evidence trail. It calls [`POST /v1/src/operator/orphan-responses/{caseId}/closure`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/close-an-orphan-response-case).
* **Envio recusado**: closing repairs nothing and sends nothing. To consult again, create a new consultation. It calls [`POST /v1/src/operator/invalid-dispatches/{caseId}/closure`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/acknowledge-an-invalid-dispatch-case).
* **Rito de credencial falho**: closing does not change the credential operation. It calls [`POST /v1/src/operator/credential-operations/{caseId}/closure`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/close-a-credential-operation-case).

The closures need `src:operator:close`. The queue and the case screen call [`GET /v1/src/operator/cases`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/list-operator-cases) and [`GET /v1/src/operator/cases/{leg}/{caseId}`](https://docs.lerian.studio/en/reference/rails/src/retrieve-an-operator-case). Both need `src:operator:read`.
