CMN 4.966 art. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2) has outlived the re-assessment horizon their product version declares, with no newer declaration of any verdict behind it. It is a WORKLIST and not a verdict: every contract listed keeps exactly the stage, provision and income-recognition decision it already had, because a review nobody performed is not evidence that a borrower recovered. A contract leaves the list when somebody declares again — either verdict, because either one means a person read the evidence.
