# Read the CEF D+2 repasse transfers included in a window

> Reads the rail's consultar-repasse-pagamentos (Manual 005 v1.13 §3.4): the per-registro CEF D+2 transfers included in the inclusion window, each with its own competência, guia and transfer instant. The existence of a registro IS the liquidation — the rail publishes no status field. Same mandatory 30-day-capped window as escriturações, and the same no-write discipline: the job's done-keys are untouched.
