It confirms, or rejects, the guarantee position the câmara announced on its LDL1018: SitConfc is S (Sim) or N (Não), and NumCtrlLDLOr is filled with the Número Controle LDL that LDL1018 carried (RLDL0013). Both are the operator's to supply, because the câmara sent them and this rail derives no reply of its own. The command is minted, built, signed, encrypted and durably recorded BEFORE anything reaches the queue, so this returns 202 with the control number the câmara will echo. THE CATÁLOGO REGISTERS NO POSITIVE ANSWER LEG FOR THIS MESSAGE, so an accepted confirmation stays DISPATCHED and only a refusal (LDL1019E) moves it again.
