# Get the institution's usage limits

> Returns the current usage limits of the institution: if they are active, and the caps per transfer, per day, and per month (per source account, fee included). A missing cap means no limit.

While no limit is set with `PUT /v1/policy/limits`, the response is 503 `TED-0080`. Send requests also return this error, because this configuration is required before the first TED.
