# Operations queue (pending in the STR, awaiting reconciliation, exhausted, manual review)

> Lists the items that need attention from operations, from oldest to newest: outgoing TEDs in `PENDING_STR`, `AWAITING_RECONCILIATION`, and `EXHAUSTED`, and incoming TEDs in `MANUAL_REVIEW`. Each item has `ageSeconds` and `slaDeadlineAt`, so you can prioritize by regulatory deadline.

Filter by `kind` and minimum age. Resolve the items with `POST /v1/transfers/{id}/unblock`, `POST /v1/incoming-transfers/{id}/resolve-review`, or `POST /v1/incoming-transfers/{id}/return`.
