Cada contrato eliminado debe ser una averbação del tenant autenticado que la red reconoció; cualquier otra cosa es 404 antes de que se llame a la red; si ese contrato está actualmente activo en el registro del gobierno se deja a criterio de la red. Con garantía (temGarantias=true), el refinanciamento sólo podrá relacionarse 1:1 (regra fr, como máximo un contrato quitado) y deberá informar al menos uno de los tres valores de garantía (regra fi).
