# Requeue one outbox fact this gateway destroyed

> Puts ONE INVALID fact of this tenant's outbox back in the dispatcher's queue. Its attempts restart at zero and the dispatcher publishes it again under the SAME id, event type and payload, so a consumer that dedupes on the id receives it once.

Only an INVALID fact is requeued: a row whose event_type is lerian.streaming.publish. An id this tenant's outbox does not hold answers 404 INVALID_EVENT_NOT_FOUND. A row in any other status, or a command the gateway runs itself (event_type consignado.saldo_devedor.dispatch, an M015 saldo devedor report to Dataprev), answers 409 INVALID_EVENT_NOT_REQUEUEABLE. Neither changes anything. A fact that fails again returns to INVALID and can be requeued again.

202 means queued, not published: the row leaves the INVALID page at once and the dispatcher's next sweep publishes it.

X-Idempotency is optional. Sent again with the same key, the stored answer is replayed and the fact is requeued once.

It answers from a LOCAL table and never reaches the Dataprev rail, so it cannot answer 501. The tenant is derived from the validated identity and is never read from the request.
