Requests a transfer of funds crediting a payroll loan where the pensioner receives the INSS benefit at another institution, by INSS card or account credit. It carries the benefit number, the loan contract, the INSS endorsement protocol and the fee the credited bank retains. The instruction is minted, built, signed, encrypted and durably recorded BEFORE anything reaches the queue, so this returns 202 with the control number the câmara will echo; the answer (PAG0141R1) arrives asynchronously and is read back with getPAG0141. Every amount is a decimal STRING carried to the wire exactly as written.
