It asks the câmara to return part or all of this institution's net balance from the Conta de Liquidação to its Reservas Bancárias or settlement account at the Bacen. TpDev chooses which amount: TOT (everything the participant may withdraw), LIM (at most VlrLimDev) or VAL (exactly VlrLimDev) — LIM and VAL require VlrLimDev, and a request carrying either without it is refused here rather than signed. The câmara determines the maximum it will return, so this rail neither computes nor bounds the amount. The request is minted, built, signed, encrypted and durably recorded BEFORE anything reaches the queue, so this returns 202 with the control number the câmara will echo; the answer (LDL0032R1) arrives asynchronously and is read back with getLDL0032. Every amount is a decimal STRING carried to the wire exactly as written.
