What Lerian BC Correios does and does not do
Lerian BC Correios does:
- Collects the mail of every BC Correio folder your Sisbacen user can see, with its attachments.
- Stores each mail and its attachments, and checks the SHA-256 checksum of an attachment when you download it.
- Sends a text message to a BACEN department and keeps the protocol number that BC Correio returns.
- Marks a mail as read, archives it, or restores it in your local mailbox.
- Applies the retention period of each tenant, and deletes mail that passes it.
- Records who read, downloaded, sent, archived, or restored a mail in an audit trail that you can export.
- Analyzes mail with an AI provider that you configure, with your own API key.
- Send attachments to BACEN. A message that you send is text, with no attachment.
- Transfer files with BACEN. Lerian STA is the rail for file exchange with BACEN.
- Change the state of a mail in BC Correio. Read, archive, and restore change your local copy only.
- Read BACEN normative documents. Lerian BC Correios reads the mail folders of BC Correio.
Who it serves
Lerian BC Correios serves supervised institutions that receive BACEN mail in BC Correio. Your compliance and back-office teams read that mail and answer BACEN through one API, with an audit trail. One deployment can serve several tenants. Each tenant keeps its own settings, BC Correio credentials, and mail.
