List Undeliverable TED IN Credits

Use this endpoint to list the inbound TED credits that could not be delivered, so an operator can tell a recipient that does not exist from a ledger refusal, and see how far the re-querying of each one has got, without database access. The rejection reason is a fixed sentence derived from the category; no customer identity or upstream error text is exposed.

This is a read-only administrative endpoint. It does not require the X-Organization-Id header. In multi-tenant deployments the list is scoped to the caller’s resolved tenant database.
