Read one LDL0032 command and its answer

The stored LDL0032 request projected verbatim, its dispatch state, and — once the câmara has answered — its answer. The answer’s details object carries NumCtrlLDL (the câmara’s own control number for the movement), SitLancDev and, when present, VlrLanc. SitLancDev is projected VERBATIM and never decoded: its seventeen values are published separately in the Dicionário de Domínios, with activation and deactivation dates per value, so what a situação means about the money is the ledger consumer’s call.
