Creating a new Transaction

If you want to create more Transactions, follow these steps:

  1. From the Transactions page, click the New Transaction button (Figure 1).

  1. The New Transaction page will open.
  2. Fill in the details of the Transaction you want to create.
    1. [optional] Add a description for the transaction and the accounting routing group (Chart of Accounts )
    2. Add a value and select the Asset that will be used in the transaction.
  3. Specify the alias of the source account and click the plus sign ( ).
  4. Specify the alias of the Destination account and click the plus sign ( ).d

Account Alias

You must use the account alias to perform transactions. Make sure you save it when you create your account.

If you forget your alias, no worries. You can find it by Editing Account information.


  1. Once you specify the accounts, the information about the Operations will be automatically filled.
  2. If you want to add more information, select the arrow next to the Operation to expand the details (Figure 2).

  1. When all the information is correct, click the Go to Review button at the bottom of the screen. (Figure 3)

  1. A page will be displayed with all the information you have just entered so that you can verify if everything is correct.
  2. If all is right, select the Create Transaction button (Figure 4).

  1. A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click the Confirm button to finish the procedure.
  2. The new transaction will be listed in the Transactions page.
    1. You can check the status of the transaction in the Status column.
