What’s included
The schedule covers five release cycles (Cycles 5–9), each with clearly defined stages:- Weeks 1–2: Planning and kickoff
- Weeks 3–9: Development and implementation
- Weeks 10–12: Testing and stabilization
- Week 13: Release and wrap-up
Cycle 5 has a shorter duration as we transition to the new cycle structure.
