Pix Switch: unified Pix architecture

The separate Direct Pix and Indirect Pix plugins have been consolidated into a single product: Pix Switch. Instead of choosing between two different plugins, you now configure one unified component that adapts to your participation model through a Provider Adapter Layer. The previous overview pages were removed and replaced with a single entry point covering both direct and indirect flows.
