The Bill Payments page in Lerian Console lets you pay bills. It covers DARF tax forms and bills such as boletos and utility slips. It lists the fields each form needs, the states a payment moves through, and how to handle errors.

Accessing the Bill Payments page

To open the Bill Payments page, click Payments → Bill Payments from the left-side menu. The page displays bill payments in a data table. Use the Filters section to narrow the payments shown by status, type, or creation date range. Click a row to open the payment’s details page. The top-right of the page shows two buttons:
  • Pay bill: pay a bill with a digitable line or barcode.
  • Pay DARF: pay a DARF tax form. Enter the tax details manually.

Payment states

A bill payment can show these states:
  • Created: the plugin sent the payment to the provider and waits for its confirmation.
  • Settled: the provider confirmed the payment. The payment is complete.
  • Rejected: the provider rejected the payment.
  • Failed: the payment did not complete. See Error handling.
  • Canceled: the payment was canceled and does not complete.

Error handling

The form checks each field before it sends the request. If the service refuses the payment, an error message appears. The details page of a Rejected payment says that the provider rejected it. The details page of a Failed payment shows the Failure details in the Status history.
Bill payments require the appropriate Payments permissions. If you cannot see the Pay bill or Pay DARF buttons, ask your administrator to check your role permissions.
