The Operating Hours section sets the window when the plugin accepts TED Out transfers. The plugin rejects a TED Out that you submit outside this window. The rejection reports the next available time. P2P transfers ignore the window. The Initiate page shows a banner when the current time is outside the window. The section header shows a Configured or Not Configured badge. The badge reads Not Configured only when the plugin does not accept the stored window.

Accessing the section

1

Open Settings

In the Bank Transfer sidebar, click Settings.
2

Expand Operating Hours

Click the section header to expand it.

Fields

Operating Window

The open and close times in one field, as HH:MM-HH:MM in 24-hour format (for example 06:30-17:00). The open time must be earlier than the close time. 00:00-00:00 closes the window every day. If you clear the field, the plugin applies the default window.

Timezone

The IANA timezone that the plugin uses to read the window, as a Region/City name (for example America/Sao_Paulo). The plugin makes all time comparisons in this timezone, not in the user or server timezone.

Default behavior

If you do not configure Operating Hours, the plugin applies these defaults:
  • Operating Window: 06:30-17:00
  • Timezone: America/Sao_Paulo
  • Days: Monday through Friday, and never on a BACEN holiday (you cannot change the processing days in the Console)

How the window is used

The Console uses the configured window to:
  • Show an Outside TED Operating Hours banner on the Initiate page when the current time is outside the window.
  • Warn you that the plugin rejects a TED Out submitted outside the window.
The banner only informs you. The Console does not block submission. If you submit a TED Out outside the window, the plugin rejects it and reports the next available time. The plugin does not queue the transfer for later. The default window is Monday through Friday, 06:30–17:00 (America/Sao_Paulo, UTC−3), and it excludes BACEN holidays.

Saving changes

Click Save in the toolbar at the top of the page. The new window applies once the plugin picks up the change.
