What changed
The reference now covers 25 Consignado fact definitions: 23 with unconditional production emission paths and two portability outcomes emitted only when the outcome consumer is enabled and the deployed gateway manifest declares the event. It separates these facts from inbound Lender commands. Averbação uses authenticated HTTP, not a Lender command. Margin-command consumption requires both Dataprev and streaming to be enabled. A redirection refusal is replayed as the original record after its adapter is configured, preserving
ce-id and request_ref. These are documentation corrections of implemented contracts, not a runtime release announcement.
Superseded in part on September 2, 2026. The fact-emission claim above was wrong: all 25 definitions have a production emission site, and no per-fact manifest gate exists. See Consignado gateway API contract update. Everything else on this page still holds.
