What changed
The event reference now identifies 39 definitions with production emitters and seven catalog-only definitions. It documents source-qualified types, routes, subjects, payloads, delivery policies, and the fact that Matcher has no bootstrap-wired inbound lib-streaming consumer. This corrects documentation of current behavior; it does not announce a runtime release.
