What changed

The documentation now correctly describes the persisted Data Source registry and its API ownership in single-tenant and multi-tenant deployments. It documents DATASOURCE_CRED_ENC_KEY, the DATASOURCE_{CONFIG_NAME}_SCHEMAS override, and the worker RabbitMQ bootstrap requirements. This is a documentation correction of the current runtime behavior; it does not announce a runtime release.
