What changed
The SPI environment guide now documents the DICT discovery and inventory controls. Inbound claim discovery requires both
SCHEDULER_ENABLED and SCHEDULER_INBOUND_DISCOVERY_ENABLED. Other DICT workers have independent enable switches and documented defaults, cadence, batch, staleness, and failure thresholds; several are enabled by default.
The guide documents shipped configuration. It does not announce a runtime release.
Impact
Classification: Review recommended. Operators should review worker defaults and readiness thresholds rather than assuming every background job is disabled or controlled by the scheduler.

Review SPI environment values and operational monitoring. Confirm which DICT workers should run in each environment and set thresholds that match your operational capacity and readiness requirements.
