License Manager error list

A licensed product returns one of these codes when it cannot confirm a valid license. Quote the code when you contact support. License Manager describes the environment that the check reads.

That shape comes from the Go library. Products built on the TypeScript library answer { error, code } instead. The code value reads INVALID_LICENSE when the license does not pass, and LICENSE_ERROR when the check itself fails.

Errors that the product returns

\<organization-id> is the identifier that the product reports back to you. LCS-0002 and LCS-0003 are startup failures. The product writes them to the log and stops. No response carries them.

LCS-0002	The application is not configured with any organization IDs.
LCS-0003	No valid licenses were found for any of the configured organizations. Please check your license keys and ensure at least one organization has a valid license.
LCS-0010	The X-Organization-Id header is missing. Please ensure the header is included in the request.
LCS-0011	The organization ID ‘<organization-id>’ was not found in the list of configured organizations. Please verify you are using a valid organization ID.
LCS-0012	License validation failed for organization ID <organization-id>. This could be due to network issues, invalid license keys, or server-side problems. Please verify your license key is correct and that you have network connectivity to the license server.
LCS-0013	The license for organization ID ‘<organization-id>’ is not valid and has no grace period active. Please renew your license or contact support for assistance.

The product returns these messages without a change.

LCS-1003	The license key has expired. Please contact your system administrator to renew your license.
LCS-1004	The license key has been suspended due to payment issues or administrative action. Please contact your system administrator.
LCS-1005	The license key or organization IDs are not valid for this license. Please ensure the license key and organization IDs are correct and try again.
LCS-1006	There is no license for this product. Please ensure the license key is correct and try again.
LCS-1007	The license key cannot be empty. Please set the license key in the environment variables.
LCS-1008	The organization IDs cannot be empty. Please set the organization IDs in the environment variables.
LCS-1009	The application name cannot be empty. Please set the application name in the environment variables.
