Admin Delete Passkey
Removes ANOTHER member’s passkey: the route for a member who lost the device that holds it.
{id} is the TARGET, not the administrator, and must be a member of your organization. Your own passkey is removed with DELETE /v1/users/{id}/passkeys, which asks for a recent sign-in.
No recent sign-in and no code are taken: the administrative passkey resource is what authorizes this route. The member keeps their password and can add a new passkey.
removed is false when the member had no passkey; that is not an error. Allowed while the organization’s passkey option is off.
Failures:
401 IDE-0009— the token names no person (a refresh token or a service account).403— your token does not hold the administrative passkey resource.403 IDE-1074—{id}is your own account.404 IDE-1003— no such member in your organization.503 IDE-0066— the identity provider is unavailable (unreachable, too slow to answer, or failing). Nothing about the request was wrong; retry it later.
Authorizations
JWT bearer token issued by the identity provider.
