Name the month of a held repasse so it proceeds
Names the month of a repasse the gateway holds, and the repasse proceeds: it is published to the client’s feed and the promise of that month closes.
A held repasse is money the rail transferred that no promise gives an employer or month for; the board lists it in the held block of GET /v1/consignado/reconciliation/repasse-expectations, and its id is the one this operation takes. The month is the one the repasse pays, as the amounts and the contract show.
The gateway settles exactly as its own reconciliation does. A repasse already published under another month keeps that month and its employer over the one sent here. The employer is the repasse’s own, else the one the promise of the month names. When no promise of that month exists for this contract or none names the employer, it answers 409 HELD_REPASSE_UNATTRIBUTABLE and the repasse stays held. A repasse with a month of its own (the rail’s, else the month before its guia payment, Brasília time) releases under that month only; any other month answers 409 HELD_REPASSE_MONTH_MISMATCH. A repasse with none (late or rescisory) takes the month sent; when another repasse already closed the promise of that month (a partial payment and its complement), it answers 409 HELD_REPASSE_MONTH_CLOSED and stays held on the board.
204 means published and closed. An id this tenant holds no repasse under, or one already released, answers 404 HELD_REPASSE_NOT_FOUND; a retry under the same X-Idempotency key replays the 204 instead. A month that is not yyyyMM answers 422.
It never reaches the Dataprev rail. The tenant is derived from the validated identity and is never read from the request.

JWT bearer token issued by the identity provider.
Headers
Optional idempotency key. Sent again, the stored response is replayed and the repasse is released once. Absent, the request executes once.
