Query the synthetic statement in the Câmara PAG

Issues a PAG0114 “IF consulta Extrato sintético na Câmara PAG” to the Câmara PAG (Catálogo de Serviços do SFN v5.13, Vol II). Asks the câmara for the synthetic statement of the operations compensated on a movement date: per operational period, the opening deposit, the complementary deposits, the debit and credit totals, and the closing balance. The movement date is the whole of the question — the layout carries no filters. ⛔ EVERY BALANCE IN THE ANSWER IS THE CÂMARA’S, RECEIVED AND NOT COMPUTED. This rail stores each amount as the digit string the câmara wrote, renders it back unchanged, and neither derives the closing balance nor checks that it reconciles — that is the ledger consumer’s work, against its own books. The instruction is minted, built, signed, encrypted and durably recorded BEFORE anything reaches the queue, so this returns 202 with the control number the câmara will echo; the answer (PAG0114R1) arrives asynchronously and is read back with getPAG0114. A deployment with no send leg configured answers 503 with SILOC-0023; one whose dispatcher is not running answers 503 with SILOC-0024.
