The Reconciliation page lists bank transfers that still need a reconciliation action:
  • A TED Out whose outcome with JD is unknown and that the plugin still reconciles.
  • A transfer in Manual Review that needs a person to decide.
  • An inbound chargeback that the plugin reverses on the ledger.
The page header carries the subtitle Transfers requiring manual review due to ambiguous failures. The page also highlights the most common failure codes, so you can spot patterns at a glance.

Accessing the Reconciliation page

1

Open Bank Transfer

From the Midaz Module sidebar, expand Bank Transfer.
2

Click Reconciliation

Select Reconciliation in the submenu.

When there is nothing to reconcile

If no transfers need reconciliation, the page shows a green confirmation icon with two lines:
No transfers pending reconciliation All transfers have been processed successfully or resolved.
An Auto-refreshing… hint in the toolbar indicates the page continues to check for new items in the background. If the plugin has not answered yet, the page shows Cannot verify the reconciliation queue instead. This does not mean the queue is empty.

Failure Concentration

When pending items exist, a row of cards at the top shows the most frequent failure codes. The row also shows how many transfers each code affects. Use it as a quick heat map of what fails today. Each card shows:
  • The failure code returned by the counterparty system.
  • The count of transfers affected (formatted as N transfer or N transfers).

Pending items table

Below the failure concentration, a table lists the individual transfers pending reconciliation: The table shows up to 50 transfers. A footer line summarizes the total (N transfer or N transfers pending reconciliation).

Actions

Each row has an Actions menu:
  • See details opens the full Transfer Detail page for that transfer.
  • Retry puts a TED Out in Manual Review back in the reconciliation queue, and the plugin queries its settlement again. No TED is sent again and the hold stays. Type a Reason of 1 to 500 characters, then click Retry.
  • Resolve asks you to decide what happens to the money held for a TED Out in Manual Review. Settle: commit the hold debits the account and completes the TED. Revert: return the money cancels the hold, returns the money to the account, and fails the TED. Choose one, type a Reason of 10 to 500 characters, then confirm. The decision cannot be undone.
If the plugin refuses a decision, the dialog stays open and shows its reason. Each Bank Transfer screen needs the bank-transfer permission: get to see it, post to act on it, patch to change settings and the routing document, and delete to delete a webhook. Only users allowed to create transfers see Retry, Resolve, and Run cycle now. Run cycle now, in the toolbar, runs a reconciliation cycle at once. Outside the operating window, no cycle runs.

Auto-refresh

While the page is open, it polls the backend every 30 seconds. An animated Auto-refreshing… label shows that the page refreshes the data. You do not need to take any manual action.

Error state

If the page cannot load the reconciliation data, it shows Could not load with a Retry button. A page refresh usually resolves a transient issue. If the error persists, contact your administrator.
