You can test the connectivity of any provider configuration to verify that credentials and connection settings are correct before using it in a workflow.To test a provider:

On the Providers page, find the provider you want to test.

Click the three dots () on the Actions column and select Test Connection.

The system will attempt to connect to the external service using the configured parameters.

After the test:
If the connection succeeds, a success notification is displayed confirming the provider is reachable.
If it fails, an error message is shown describing what went wrong (e.g., invalid credentials, unreachable host, timeout).
Always test a provider configuration after creating or editing it. This ensures your workflows will be able to connect to the external service when they execute.
