Accessing the Archives page
Navigate to Matcher → Reporting → Archives in the left sidebar.
Filters
Use the covered-date filters at the top of the page to find archives whose covered period overlaps a specific window:
Click Apply filters to run the search. Both dates are required, and Covered from must be before or equal to Covered to.
When the page loads, a 90-day covered window is applied by default so recent archival activity is visible immediately. Adjust the dates to narrow or widen it.

Use the Previous and Next buttons below the table to page through results.
Storage classes
Retrieval times vary by storage class. Standard-family tiers and GLACIER_IR are readable immediately, while GLACIER and DEEP_ARCHIVE require a restore before the download is ready.
Downloading an archive
Click the Download button on any row to retrieve the archive file. The system generates a temporary pre-signed download URL and opens it in a new browser tab. After the handoff, the row surfaces the archive’s SHA-256 checksum so you can verify the downloaded bytes against the manifest — useful for retention and legal-hold artifacts.
The Download button only appears when your role carries the archive download permission.
