The CRM core concepts define the entities that connect real-world identities to your Midaz ledger accounts. They provide the business context that the ledger’s transactional layer doesn’t manage.

Here, you’ll find:
  • Holders: The core entity representing an individual (NATURAL_PERSON) or organization (LEGAL_PERSON) behind a ledger account. Holders store identity-related attributes such as name, document number, contact details, and addresses.
  • Alias Accounts: The link between a Holder and a specific ledger account. Aliases allow a single holder to own multiple accounts across different ledgers while keeping banking details and metadata centralized.
