The CRM interface is now integrated into the Midaz Module within Lerian Console, providing a dedicated interface for managing core entities such as Holders and Alias Accounts. It offers a clear view of your CRM data and streamlines everyday operations. Explore features, take action, and see how everything connects back to your data — all from a user-focused perspective.

Accessing CRM features

CRM features are available within the Midaz Module of Lerian Console. To access them:
  1. Open Lerian Console and navigate to the Midaz Module
  2. From the left-side menu, you’ll find the CRM entities under the Accounts section:
    • Holders - Manage individuals and companies
    • Alias Accounts - Link holders to ledger accounts

From the Midaz Module, you can:

Manage Holders

Create and manage individuals or companies associated with your accounts

Manage Alias Accounts

Link holders to Midaz ledger accounts with business context
