June 5, 2026 Documentation update No migration required

Affects

Operators, administrators, and implementation teams who use the BR Bank Transfer plugin through Lerian Console to initiate transfers, monitor transfer health, investigate failures, or configure the JD SPB integration. This update applies to the documentation portal. It does not change BR Bank Transfer behavior, the plugin, transfer processing, or any existing integration.

What changed

The BR Bank Transfer plugin had no operator documentation in Lerian Console. There are now step-by-step guides for every page of the plugin, aligned with the Console UI and available in EN, ES, and PT.

Dashboard, transfers, and reconciliation

New guides explain how to read the health indicator and KPIs on the dashboard, browse and export the transfers list, initiate a TED Out through the two-step wizard, inspect a transfer’s status timeline, cancel a transfer while it is still cancellable, and review transfers flagged for reconciliation.

Settings and change history

The settings documentation covers all six configuration sections — JD credentials, JD connection, webhook, usage limits, operating hours, and fee policy — plus the change-history tab that records who changed each setting and when. Before Operators had no Console-specific documentation for the BR Bank Transfer plugin and relied on the UI or the BR Bank Transfer API reference to understand each page. After Each Console page has a dedicated guide describing what it shows, the available actions, the fields and their meaning, and the permissions required.

Impact

This is a documentation-only update. No migration is required. No product behavior changed. The BR Bank Transfer plugin, transfer processing, and existing integrations keep working exactly as they do today. Use the new documentation when onboarding operators, reviewing the Console workflow, or configuring the JD SPB integration.

What you need to do

1
Review the Bank Transfer overview to understand the transfer types, statuses, and the four Console pages.
2
Use the transfers guides when initiating, inspecting, or cancelling a transfer.
3
Use the settings guides when configuring the JD SPB integration, usage limits, operating hours, or fee policy.

Deadline

None.

Why

Operators need to know what each Console page does, which actions require specific permissions, and how the settings affect transfer processing. The new documentation reduces onboarding ambiguity, keeps field labels consistent with the Console UI, and gives operational and integration teams a single reference for the plugin.
