When a report reaches the Finished status, you will be able to download it. To do so:

Go to the Reports page and find the report that you want to download.

Click the three dots () next to the name of the report and select Download Report.
If the download fails or is not available, make sure the report has been marked as Completed. You can also use the retry flow by generating a new report with the same filters.
