Submits one of the three compliance consultas: the compulsory-account movement statement (RCO0005), the compliance position against the requirement (RCO0006) or the cost ledger (RCO0007). The cost ledger is the one message of the family whose compulsory code is optional — blank asks across every reserve. The answers arrive asynchronously on the message feed.
