Release a stuck reply
Releases a reply stuck SENT without a resource id after BACEN confirmed out of band that its MsgId never arrived: the reply becomes FAILED, as an admi.002 leaves it, and the endpoint that sent it resends the same verdict before its deadline. When the operation never reached its operator case, it is moved to REQUIRES_OPERATOR_ACTION owing the verdict the reply’s reservation reserved, so a later manual resolution emits it. Invalid (422) without bacenConfirmedNonReceipt; refused (409) for a reply that is not stuck under messageId: already FAILED, delivered with a resource id, moved to another MsgId, or younger than the transport’s submit budget. The release and its justification are recorded as OPERATOR evidence on the operation; nothing is sent.
Autorizaciones
JWT bearer token issued by the identity provider.
Encabezados
Idempotency key, max 255 characters. Required: a release reopens a reply for a resend, so a retried click must not act twice.
Parámetros de ruta
The operation the reply answers.
Cuerpo
The operator's assertion that BACEN confirmed messageId never arrived. False is invalid (422), refused before the reply is read: releasing a reply that may be at BACEN would let a resend double-send it.
The MsgId the operator inspected and confirmed with BACEN. A reply under any other MsgId is refused (409).
1 - 64The reply to release.
pain.014, camt.029 Operator justification, recorded as OPERATOR evidence on the operation with who released and the assertion.

OK
Resends claimed; 0 for the first send.
0
The MsgId (BizMsgIdr) the reply was last sent under: the id to confirm with BACEN, and the one a release names.
"M12345678202610221100abcdefghijk"
The reply: a pain.014 answering the pain.013 the operation received, or a camt.029 answering its camt.055.
pain.014, camt.029 "pain.014"
SENT: the reply under messageId may be at BACEN, and nothing may send another. FAILED: BACEN refused it (admi.002) or an operator released it; the endpoint that sent it resends the same verdict before the deadline.
SENT, FAILED "SENT"
True when the reply is SENT with no resource id and older than the transport's submit budget (by the database clock): it may or may not be at BACEN, nothing resends it, and only an admi.002 or a release reopens it. A younger one may still be on its way to its 201 and is not stuck.
The verdict the reply states: ACSP or RJCT on a pain.014, ACCR or RJCR on a camt.029. A resend restates it.
"RJCT"
The instant past which no resend is accepted (RFC3339 UTC): 2h after the pain.013 arrived, 12h after the camt.055 did.
The reason a refusing reply states; absent on an acceptance.
"MIDI"
BACEN's PI-ResourceId from the 201 that delivered messageId. Present means BACEN took it: only an admi.002 reopens such a reply, never a release.
"c7e3d74bca8e"
When messageId was built (RFC3339 UTC).
