The Audit Trail page in the Flowker module provides a complete, filterable record of every action performed within the module. Use it to track who changed what and when for compliance and troubleshooting purposes.
The Audit Trail provides a read-only record of events. Entries cannot be edited or deleted, ensuring a tamper-proof log for compliance and auditing purposes.

Accessing the Audit Trail page


Navigate to Flowker → Audit Trail in the left sidebar. A page will open showing a chronological record of all actions performed on workflows, providers, and executions, providing full traceability and compliance.

Audit Trail table


Each row in the table displays the following columns:

TimestampWhen the event occurred.
EventThe type of action that was recorded, displayed as a badge.
ActorThe user who performed the action.
ResourceThe name or identifier of the affected resource (workflow, execution, or provider).

Filters


Use the filter bar at the top of the page to narrow results:
FilterDescription
Event TypeFilter by the type of event that was recorded.
From DateStart date for the time range.
To DateEnd date for the time range.
When you specify one of the filters, the page will refresh automatically to show the results.

Event types


The Audit Trail records the following event types:

Workflow events

Event TypeDescription
Workflow CreatedA new workflow was created.
Workflow UpdatedAn existing workflow was modified.
Workflow ActivatedA workflow was activated and is now available for execution.
Workflow DeactivatedA workflow was deactivated and will no longer respond to triggers.
Workflow DraftedA workflow was moved back to draft status.
Workflow DeletedA workflow was permanently deleted.

Execution events

Event TypeDescription
Execution StartedA workflow execution was triggered and started processing.
Execution CompletedA workflow execution finished successfully.
Execution FailedA workflow execution encountered an error and did not complete.

Provider events

Event TypeDescription
Provider Config Createda new provider configuration was created.
Provider Config Updatedan existing provider configuration was modified.
Provider Config Deleteda provider configuration was permanently deleted.
