Lerian follows a 13-week release cycle designed to deliver steady progress without compromising stability. Each cycle moves through clear, predictable stages, so teams and partners always know what to expect.During the cycle, we focus on evolving all our products, continuously improving existing capabilities and, when applicable, developing new products. Every change is carefully validated before reaching production.
Weeks 1–2 — Planning: We align scope, priorities, and technical direction. This is where requirements are defined, and the roadmap for the cycle takes shape.
Weeks 3–9 — Development: The team builds and iterates on new features, enhancements, and platform improvements based on the planned scope.
Weeks 10–12 — Testing and validation: All changes go through thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability, performance, and consistency across the platform.
Week 13 — Release: The release is finalized and deployed, with documentation and release notes published alongside the rollout.
