Get TED IN Poller Status

Use this endpoint to check whether the inbound TED poller is enabled, running, and stale, with its stop reason and last cycle timestamps, without scraping the readiness probe. The status uses the same rules as the TED IN poller check of /readyz, so the two cannot disagree on what stale or down means. A disabled poller (JD polling turned off) is a configuration fact: it answers 200 with enabled: false, not an error.

This is a read-only endpoint. It never provisions, starts, or resumes a poller. It does not require the X-Organization-Id header. In multi-tenant deployments the body describes the poller of the caller’s resolved tenant, not the deployment-wide aggregate that the readiness probe publishes, and carries tenantId. In single-tenant deployments tenantId is omitted.
