Read one LDL0026 command and its answer

The stored LDL0026 request projected verbatim, its dispatch state, and — once the câmara has answered — its answer. The answer’s details object carries TpInf, DtLiquid and Grupo_LDL0026R1_ResultLiqd, the per-non-settling-member results, ALWAYS as an array even when the câmara sent one repetition. Every value is projected exactly as written and never decoded: TpInf’s values are published in BACEN’s separate Dicionário de Domínios with their own activation and deactivation dates, so what one means is the ledger consumer’s call.
