Creating the First Account

If your Ledger does not yet have any Accounts, you can create one by following these steps.

Associated Portfolio

Before you create an account, you must create a portfolio. For more infomation, refer to the Creating a new Portfolio page.


  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab on the Ledger information page and click the Create first account+ button (figure 1)

  1. The New Account form will open on the right side of the screen.
  2. Fill in the information and click the Save button.
  3. Once created, the Account will appear in the list of available Accounts for your Ledger.
